She contacted me immediately, and despite her busy schedule was out at my house for an initial walk through and market evaluation within a matter of days. Angela was consistent yet never pushy in her communication during the months that followed. And as soon as I decided I was ready, she was at my house with a car full of her own belongings (and trust me, she has great style!) to loan for staging! Angela has an eye for what buyers look for and saved me a ton of money by simply thinking creatively, using what I had in different ways and rooms to give my own belongings new life. To give just one example, she took my black and white printed comforter, flipped it over, and instantly turned a quirky Target clearance find into a bright, hotel quality bedspread. I loved the look so much I never changed it back. Angela knew exactly what I needed to focus on in every room to maximize my home's overall potential without going broke - right down to the coat of paint on the front door. Angela is also incredibly knowledgeable about neighborhood comps and how to price a home accordingly. My house was situated right in the middle of brand new construction, which made trying to figure out the listing price a bit of a challenge. She didn't just pull records from the home sales in the neighborhood; she dove in and analyzed every single one of them, right down to their agents' fee percentages, to come up with a range of prices per square foot. I had no idea there was so much math involved in selling a house - but I was so impressed at her grasp on all facets of this process. I really and truly believe that her overall knowledge and experience is what yielded a fast and full priced offer on my "pre-loved" home, despite being in an area where brand new ones were being built and customized all around me. But while all of the above things are great to find in a real estate professional, what really makes Angela stand out amongst a million other agents is her passion for this business and her general (for lack of a better word) greatness as a person. This woman works around the clock. Literally. She fielded emails and texts from me regardless of where she was, what time it was or whatever else she had going on, and I know from all the time we spent together that she does the same for every one of her "clients". I use that word loosely because, while Angela's drive is unparalleled, it is absolutely no match for her heart. She became not just an agent but a genuine friend to me. I never once felt like Angela is in this industry to make money; rather, she does it because loves playing "matchmaker" and finding people their forever home. And when the buyers' inspection uncovered a very expensive issue that had unknowingly gone unfixed by the person obligated to do so at the time of my own pre-closing inspection several years ago, Angela didn't just fight fiercely on my behalf to hold that person accountable. She also called one night, knowing the cost of this repair would eliminate any profit from my home and leave me unable to make a down payment on something else, and offered to waive her fees so my babies and I could still buy a house. Angela offered to sell a home for free to someone she barely knew because like me, she was once a single mom, and understood just how far every penny was being stretched to provide for my little ones. And though in the end her aforementioned fight convinced the responsible person to step up and pay for the repair, the sheer fact that she even offered - with every intent to fulfill this offer, no less - absolutely blew me away. She turned a nightmare of a situation into one that left me overwhelmed me with gratitude and so, so thankful that a random Facebook ad led me to cross paths with one of the few genuinely amazing people left on this planet. I would (and do) recommend Angela to anyone and everyone even halfway tossing around the idea of buying or selling a home. She's the real deal: brains, wisdom, experience, style, kindness, street smarts and tenacity. Angela's the best! Hands down. That's all."
